This cottage garden is full of a large variety of informal plants which provides a long season of interest, even in winter where the seed heads and structure of the plants take over. once cut back end of February, the primula and pulsatilla take over with a mixture of bulbs. we retained the shrubs that border the garden and we kept the brick path that runs through the middle.
